6 Steam Indies on sale this week (Week 21 2020)
You know the drill by now, a week passes, and more games are on sale. Some of last week’s games are still on sale which you can find here. But as usual, this article isn’t about those games, this is a new list with another 6 Steam Indies on Sale.
10 Second Ninja X
Kicking off this list of 6 Steam Indies we have 10 Second Ninja X. Developed by Four Circle Interactive and published by Curve Digital. The concept of this game comes across fairly well from the title. You control a ninja and you have 10 seconds per level to destroy robots and survive. 10 seconds may not sound like a lot of time, and it isn’t really. That’s why the levels are so frantic, but even if you fail it was only 10 seconds or so lost. However, there are 100 levels and you will likely have to play at least a few of them more than once to get 3 stars. So there will be a deceptively large amount of gameplay to be had from a seemingly limited concept.
Most excitingly though is the discount on this one. You can pick up this game for 100% off, until May 29th. Click the link below and you should get there within 10 seconds, maybe even with time to spare.
Stealth Bastard Deluxe
Up next on our 6 Steam Indies list. Stealth Bastard Deluxe merges the world of stealth with platforming. Creating a fun addition to both genres. This game is developed by Curve Studios and much like the game above publishing is handled by Curve Digital. While a lot of stealth-based games move fairly slowly valuing patience. Stealth Bastard Deluxe combines the fast pace of a platformer with the hiding in shadows but hiding is only temporary. The only thing you have at your disposal is your stealth goggles. So don’t even think about fighting back. That’s right, no weapons, no armor, just run, jump and hide your way to freedom.
Until May 29th you can pick this game up for 90% off. You don’t even have to be sneaky, but being fast will help.
We are now halfway through this week’s list and we have another Curve Digital published game. However, Iron Fisticle is developed by Confused Pelican. The game is a twin-stick arena shooter with both a classic style and some more modern updates. There are some RPG progressions and local-multiplayer as well allowing for a strong Gauntlet feel. As well as procedurally generated levels and randomized items so each run will feel different. There are over 150 items to be found in the game ranging from score boosters to weapons and powerups. The game uses a pixel art style and some bright colors to make it look pretty appealing on top of everything else.
Pick it up now and you’ll get it for 90% off and just like the other Curve Digital games you have until May 29th.
Now we have the first game so far on this list of 6 Steam Indies not published by Curve Digital. Neuston AB both develop and publish this game. Drone Hero is a VR designed game but it still has regular screen, gamepad, and keyboard support. The game has 25 challenges with increasing difficulty as you pilot your drone. Released back in 2017 but the developer has still been active in supporting the game. The game looks fairly bright and easy to see. And it seems like it could be a lot of fun with just the keyboard and PC. But the VR makes the game seem like it would be even more fun to play. So if you have VR or are thinking about getting it at some point maybe this would be a fun game to check out.
At 90% off until May 29th it might even be worth picking it up now even if you’re undecided on VR. Especially seeing as you can still play it regardless.
Epic Quest of the 4 Crystals
Developed by RosePortal Games and published by Adorlea Games who have a number of other titles including Girlfriend Rescue which made an earlier list. Epic Quest of the 4 Crystals is a JRPG in most ways except being made in Japan. The game has 14 lands to explore and a host of characters to meet including some cameo appearances from other Adorlea games. Inspired by games like Final Fantasy and Chrono Trigger. The game uses an interactive Limit Break system similar to some of the Final Fantasy games. 5 playable characters, 40+ unique enemies, and a plethora of skills make this game an interesting prospect for lovers of the genre.
There are a few different packs for the game and interestingly the one with the most items (game, guidebook, and goodies) is the best price at 90% off. You have until the 4th of June for this sale.
Closing out this week’s list of 6 Steam Indies we have another Curve Digital Production. That’s right, no Daedalic Entertainment titles this week. But much like the other Curve Digital games this one is developed by another company. And this time it’s Yeah Us! Pumped BMX+ is a 2D side-scrolling sports game, BMX specifically. The graphics are 3D though. Each level you will run through trying to stay on your bike, make crazy jumps, and even pull off some sick tricks. Very arcade-y, tons of challenges and the game was even developed by a one-man studio. At least at first, when updating to the + version the developer added some more collaborators and it does show. Quite a lot of fun.
You know this by now but 90% off until May 29th for this one too. Jump on your bike, do a flip, grind a rail, and pick this one up. Or just click the link I suppose.
And there we go, a week is now officially over because you have 6 Steam Indies on Sale to prove it.

Coffee of choice: I like the sweeter kinds, mixed with chocolate, coconut, caramel etc. but I won’t turn down a flat white or a straight black either.
